Take your stay with Garden City Realty to the next level with amazing beach gear from our partner VayKLife. This offer is available for stays between 2-27 nights beginning March 1, 2024.

Garden City Realty guests with reservations of 2-to-27 nights at a participating vacation rental home will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay.* The credit amount and rental selection varies per participating home and can be found within the eligible properties’ amenities list. You may use your credit for beach cruiser bicycles, kayaks, chairs and umbrellas, stand-up paddleboards, beach carts, and more.**

Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating South Strand vacation rental homes, VayKLife will email you to select your gear via Garden City Realty’s customized beach gear website. If you reach your credit limit, no worries, you can still add items priced at VayKLife's exclusive, discounted rates to your order. VayKLife will deliver your beach gear to your rental property on the day you arrive and will pick it up the day of your departure. It's that easy.

Once you have booked a participating vacation rental home with us, VayKLife will send you an email with a link to view the available beach gear you can rent. Select the items you want, and VayKLife will deliver the gear directly to your rental home and pick-up it up on the day of your departure. (delivery fee may apply***)

PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory is in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.

*Credit applies to guest reservations of 2-to-27 nights only. There is no cash value if the credit is not used. Some properties do not participate in this program and will not have any reference to beach gear credit in their amenities list.

** Beach gear selection and availability varies per participating property. Items listed may not be available at all participating homes at this time.

***A $25 delivery fee applies to all orders. However, VayKLife will waive the delivery fee when the order total exceeds the credit offer. Beach gear rentals pick-up begins as early as 6 a.m. the day of your departure.
