We contacted Drew when we started thinking about selling, he helped us decide what was worth spending our money on to prepare to sell and helped us come up with a timeline that worked for our family (2 young children) and finances. His knowledge of the market trends was impressive and because of that he had the ability to help us price our house properly to get multiple high offers. We ended up closing with a cash offer 10% higher than our list price. Our house was also a starter home, so although Drew successfully works with million dollar homes, we never once felt that we were lesser than or that our small house wasn’t his priority. We are out of state/cross country buyers and depended heavily on Drews expertise. He was recommended to us by past clients and I can see why. There was never a phone call or text that was not answered in a timely manner. Drew educated us about the area and on our original visit showed us many properties in many different neighborhoods.
